Everybody knows lavender is great for helping you sleep, while chamomile tea is also a known remedy for insomnia. So here’s one of our favourite lavender recipes, and the perfect way to use our lavender syrup. Are you ready for this? It’s super quick and easy – blink and you’ll miss it:
Ingredients:
2 tsp dried chamomile flowers
1 tsp Lavender syrup
Hot water.
Method
1. Pop the chamomile flowers in an infuser, put it in a mug, and pour in the hot water.
2. Add 1tsp lavender syrup, stir and enjoy!
