Indulge your sweet tooth this Easter with a smooth chocolate and lavender cocktail garnished with chocolate flakes and Easter treats.
Ingredients
25ml creme de cacao
25ml lavender syrup (plus extra for the glass rim)
15ml vodka
Ice
Grated chocolate
Squirty cream
Lavender sprig, chocolate flakes and chocolate eggs to garnish
Method
- Use a pastry brush to apply a thin layer of lavender syrup to the outer rim of your glass
- Crush chocolate flakes or grate a small quantity of chocolate onto a plate and roll the edge of the glass to coat it in chocolate
- Add ice, creme de cacao, lavender syrup and vodka to a cocktail mixer and give a quick shake, then pour into your glass (alternatively muddle everything in the glass with a spoon or lavender sprig to mix).
- Squirt some cream onto the top and add any leftover chocolate flakes on top
- Add the lavender sprig, chocolate eggs and as much grated chocolate as you desire
- Enjoy!
