Apparently this is partly due to its purple colour, which is a good money magnet. According to experts, placing lavender in the far-left corner of your bedroom is believed to help boost good fortune with money – and its soothing effects are said to help make the mind more receptive to the positive energies cultivated by the colour.
Lavender also helps to channel the wood element, which in feng shui represents family health, and – yup: wealth.
