1 shot of rum
1 tbsp Gower Lavender syrup
Half a lime and a slice for garnish

Method
- Place the ice in a glass
- Pour the rum over the ice
- Splash in the coke and top off with a dash of lavender syrup
- Squeeze half a lime over the whole
- Garnish with the lime slice
