If you’ve got a party on the horizon, then brace yourself for a lavender cocktail that’s sure to wow. Our Lavender Syrup is a fantastic addition to cocktails – and your imagination is the only barrier. It goes with prosecco, gin, vodka, rum, whisky.
To get you started, here’s our recipe for a fresh and zingy Gower Lavender lemony gin fizz:
Ingredients
1 shot of gin
150ml tonic water
1 tbsp Gower Lavender Syrup
2 tsp lemon juice
A pinch of butterfly pea flowers
Boiling water
Ice
Method
1. Put the butterfly pea flowers in a small measuring jug and add boiling water to the 50ml mark. Steep until you have some lovely blue water.
2. Put all the other ingredients in a glass of your choice and stir.
3. Pour in the butterfly pea water and watch it turn purple!
4. Sip and savour.
